Fitness is usually defined as the ability to continue regular work without getting fatigue that is unreasonable at work. But over time it was changed as the dimensions of the body’s capacity to get effective results in work and have a minimum risk of illness. This also means about your energy and interest in participating in various physical actions for various situations. With simple words, fitness means physically – both and the absence of disease.

Fitness training program helps get the right body fitness. Physical fitness training has many aspects including six main parts: cardiovascular fitness (referring to the ability of the circulatory and breathing systems to supply oxygen), flexibility training (keeping flexible joints for free movements), strength training (strength increasingly progressing shape), muscle resistance (Training on muscles is not easily tired), the body’s composition (gets a body composition that is better proportionally with muscles, bones and fat), and training of general skills (special skills training).

Apart from this, fitness training programs can focus on certain skills. This kind of training is very common among players. Special types of games require specific fitness and training programs scheduled to get this kind of fitness. Physical fitness training also prepares assistance to improve mental or emotional fitness. Most of the time according to doctor’s advice, several types of special exercises are set for mental patients. This exercise helps them develop their mental conditions.

To get the maximum benefit of a physical training program, it’s better to have a fitness coach. Fitness coach is a skilled person who helps you exercise according to your needs. Usually a health club or fitness center has trained a fitness coach to help clients. In addition, someone can keep a personal trainer to get in-house training. Coach must have good work knowledge of health problems and sports techniques. He must monitor the client, give advice or even appoint a demonstration. During the exercise program, the fitness trainer can support and even motivate clients to improve techniques. A good fitness coach made his client note and he had a graph of progress. Based on progress reports, it makes suggestions.
